It is with a heavy heart that we bid farewell to Nika, who is embarking on an exciting new journey in Ireland next year.

Nika has been a valued member of the eReports family since 2020 and was instrumental in building our South Africa business.

Since joining eReports, Nika has successfully built a high-performing team and led the expansion of our services across South Africa and beyond.

She is beloved by our team, clients and medical experts for her unwavering commitment, positive attitude and sunny disposition.

Natalie Wilmot will step up to lead our South Africa Team and is excited to continue our growth and success across the region.

Although Nika is leaving the daily management of the operations of eReports Africa, she remains a financial stakeholder and no doubt will eagerly provide business insights as necessary.

We are eternally grateful to Nika for her incredible dedication and support and wish her all the best in her exciting journey ahead!

Nika reflects on her time at eReports:

“I joined eReports in September 2020 and there are so many memories and thoughts that come to mind. Joining this dynamic company marked the beginning of a chapter filled with personal growth, challenges and a world of unexpected experiences!

During the first months, Chris Argyle and the team spent many hours patiently teaching me about the business. I remember writing copious notes on processes and trying to memorise everything I was being taught! There were a few frantic emails and calls to Australia and the team was always available to steady my nerves and help me through each challenge!

One of the memories that sticks in my mind is Chris’ words, “We are a successful company because we always listen to our clients.”  And that is how I approached every day in the business. In 2023, we onboarded the first non-medical experts on our panel, because we listened to our clients! The encouragement to take initiative and the freedom to voice ideas nurtured a sense of ownership and empowerment. Thank you, Chris!

I had the privilege to travel to Australia and meet Chris and Ruth Argyle, as well as some of my Australian colleagues. Many happy memories were made and I’m eternally grateful for the opportunity to visit Sydney and Melbourne. I have made life-long friends with remarkable individuals.

Of course, no journey is without its challenges, and eReports has taught me the importance of resilience and adaptability. The ever-evolving nature of the business landscape demands continuous learning and flexibility, and some days I wondered if I was up to the task! But with the support of Chris and the South African and Australian teams, I was able to navigate each challenge and have learned skills that will stay with me for the rest of my life.

As I prepare to embark on a new chapter in my career, I leave eReports with a profound sense of gratitude. Gratitude for the friendships forged, the lessons learned and the growth achieved. My time here has been more than just a job; it’s been a transformative experience that has shaped not only my professional skills but also my character.

Last but not least, a huge thank you to my South African team; Cassandra, Natalie, Helga and Twanette. Thank you for your dedication, “can do” spirit and for all the laughter and support. I will miss our Mocha Fridays! As cliché as it is, I can’t help but say: “I’m only a phone call away!”

In closing, I extend my heartfelt thanks to Chris Argyle and the entire eReports family. The memories and lessons from this chapter will undoubtedly stay with me, serving as a foundation for the exciting journey that lies ahead.”

Thank You and Farewell to Nika Grobler!
